An AI knowledge base built from your own files

Most small teams keep their know-how in a few people's heads and a lot of scattered docs. Loremaster gives Claude five skills that work from one shared Company Brain folder: your profile, price list, processes, client notes, meetings, leads and decisions. Claude answers from those files, cites the file it used, and says “not found in the company files” instead of guessing.

Everything it produces is a draft or a proposal. You review it and decide what happens next.

The five skills

  1. Company Q&A. Answers questions about services, prices, processes, clients and who owns what. “What's our revision policy?” gives the answer and the SOP it came from.
  2. Daily briefing. A morning summary from today's calendar, the overnight inbox, open projects and pending decisions, capped at 350 words.
  3. Meeting recap filer. Turns a raw transcript or notes into a recap with decisions, action items with owners and dates, and open questions, then proposes where to file it.
  4. New lead brief. A one-page brief before a sales call, built from the lead's CRM row, their emails and your own price list and past work, with 3 questions to ask.
  5. Decision log. Records who decided what, when and why as numbered decision records, and answers “why did we…” later.

Built to be safe to use

  • Drafts only. It never sends email, moves files or changes records on its own.
  • No guessing. Every company fact is cited to a file. Missing facts are marked, and Claude names who would know.
  • Flags conflicts. When two documents disagree, it uses the newer one and tells you both file names.
  • Treats planted instructions as data. Instructions hidden in an email or document are flagged, not followed.
  • Keeps sensitive files out. The setup has a Do-Not-Index area for HR, payroll, contracts and banking.
  • Stays in its lane. No legal, tax, HR, medical or financial advice.

Who it's for

Owners and operations leads at small teams of roughly 5 to 50 people, in any line of work, who already keep their documents in Google Drive or are happy to add them to a Claude Project.

What you need

  • A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) with code execution turned on.
  • Your company files in a Claude Project, or in Google Drive through Claude's Google Drive connector.
  • Lead data as a CSV export in the sample layout, or through Claude's HubSpot connector.
  • About an hour to set up your own brain after the practice run. No coding needed on claude.ai.

Coming soon: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) and a mapping guide for any CRM through a CSV export. Slack isn't supported in this version.

What is Loremaster?

Loremaster is a kit of five Claude skills that work from one shared Company Brain folder: your profile, price list, processes, client notes, meetings, leads and decisions. It is a digital download, not a hosted service.

What if the answer isn't in our files?

Claude says “not found in the company files” and names who would know, based on your team roles file. It won't fill the gap with a guess.

Will it send emails or change files by itself?

No. Every skill drafts or proposes. You decide what to send, save or change.

What do I need to use it?

A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) with code execution turned on, and your company files in a Claude Project or in Google Drive through Claude's Google Drive connector. Gmail and Google Calendar connectors are optional for the daily briefing.

Does it work with Microsoft 365?

Not yet. Microsoft 365 support is coming soon. This version is built and tested for Google-style files and Claude Projects.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes, as long as each person has Claude access to the same files. For shared business use across a team, a Claude Team or Enterprise plan is the better fit.

Is this the same as the Small Business Skills Pack?

No. The pack drafts customer-facing messages (lead replies, quotes, invoices). Loremaster is an internal company brain for your team's own knowledge, meetings, leads and decisions.
